Our customer base continues to expand on a daily basis since we opened our site up to the public at the beginning of 2001. We add inventory to the site through Priority Viewing which is sent out on the first Tuesday of every month to over 10,000 worldwide entries in our database. Inside Fay Cullen Inc., you may have guessed that there are a few anal members of staff, actually we all are, it's a pre-requisite for the job! In 2005, Fay Cullen Inc. purchased a sizable office in North Miami to house every department, allowing plenty of room for growth. Couples were more frequently requesting the opportunity to visit us, using a passionate weekend in Miami as an excuse to fly down here. Appreciating the importance of viewing several engagement ring possibilities, we decided to address this changing demand and opened our offices at the weekend for appointments. It became obvious that the actual ring acquisition was as large a part of the buying experience as the ring itself so we decided to maximize the experience in a memorable way and decorated the selling rooms with antique curtains, tapestries, bronze statues, paintings and sketches from the 18th century. The dimly lit vestibule and sultry music historically transports us to the days when a proposal was offered by a debonair soldier jumping down from his gallant steed to kneel at your feet. This will be your unique and memorable experience of buying jewelry at Fay Cullen Inc.

then the pictures depicted.

Our Purchasing Department is manned by a team of competent staff who calculate diamond weights, grade diamonds, identify colored stones, test gold, select replacement stones, organize repairs for the jeweler, the setter, the pearl stringer and send watches to our watchmaker. The Gemology Department is responsible for identifying, weighing and grading every stone on our site while we use a Colorimeter to ascertain the exact diamond color, ensuring that our grading falls in line with the standards set by GIA. We write your appraisals in this department to ensure that you have the opportunity to insure your jewelry purchase before you wear it.

Constantly working on improving the quality of our photography, the Photography Department analyzes every picture for imperfections and flaws that may detract from the beauty of our jewelry. Our Quality Control ensures that our diamonds are depicted to exactly match the color grade. Before these pictures reach you, they are edited by our Operations Manager and finally edited personally by Fay Cullen, that's over 1,000 photographs every month. While you may like to view our exceptional photography, it's our Research Editor who brings these antique, vintage and estate jewelry items to life in print, with in-depth historical and gemological research educating customers, in so doing heightening your buying experience. This is all ‘fine and dandy’ but if it wasn’t for the Design and Implementation Team, we would have nothing new to show you. Despite that fact that our month is hurriedly orientated around the addition of 100-200 items to our site, we try to squeeze in a few extras such as updating photographs and descriptions, adding new features to our site, building more appropriate landing pages, building new sites and optimizing everything for the ever-hungry search engines which are constantly 'spidering' for new and unique content.
